Black Friday

The All-Party Committee introduced the Conciliation Bill, which would give specific women the right to vote. Unfortunately, the bill was dropped when another election was called in November.

This failure resulted in protest by the Suffragettes, who were injured and assaulted by the police. Multiple complaints were made against the police.
